Art not for the Koumpounophobia's amoung us.

Aka button phobia

Koumpounophobia is a phobia of buttons. I will not use the “b” word again as a lot of sufferers do not even like to read the word. Who suffers from koumpounophobia? I once met a girl;-)

This art was not inspired by b----- phobia i just liked the word, in fact I cant image a world afraid of b----- as they are in every, everyday life.

Back to the ART.

The heart effect was some pre cut card that I decoupaged to the canvas before adding a layer of tissue paper ,
using paint I high lighted the silhouette of the stencil.
The Common garden Twisty

I have had to work at a pattern, I know unheard of for a free-former but hey hoe, some times needs must.  Watch this space with my garden accessory.

Shower puff Art

Yet again this is something that could be made for inside or out, recycled.
I blog for a knit group, evry now and then and this was my recent blog topic.

So instead of tying the whole process out again I'm going to do the blog techie thing and attempt a link.

Art "Oh so fabulous", pre Canada.

Mirror mirror on the wall please tell me how old you are.
my mini research shows possibly 1940's a wedding mirror?
But who knows , this can with my house.  Six years ago I
found it hanging in the miniature summer house (fallen down shed)
that looks like it once was a summer house.  Cleaned it up
and until recently stored it.  Now its proudly hanging in my
hall way.

Any info please let me know?.

 Art in my garden.

A beautiful day just before my holiday, one of those mega creative days where I went from one thing to another.  Not having one in a while, I didn't want to day to end.  Yet at the same time I did as I boarded a flight to Canada the very next day.

The writings in the box, as they say FABULOUS.

Just fabulous darling.

Hall way decoration

I simply used an old Ikea frame as a stencil and the masking taped the wall for straight lines.  Using cut outs with blue tacks from magazines that I can change seasonally (if I feel like it)
