New Knitted & Crocheted Art 2011

 

 Happy New Year here's my 1st post of 2011;-)

 

"We look but we don't see", the fourth part in my latest collection.......

Vague

Ambiguity

"A Victim of circumstance"

I have used three huge canvases in this collection sized 3ft by 5 ft the fourth will be half the size and the knitted graffiti letters that spell Vague will be attached this, it is currently a WIP.

Below my hand print/personalised art not a signature but a hand print.

 

Above and below the red part is tissue paper and the white was a mistake that luckily I managed to recertify...........The white is PVA glue this was the final use of my art studio before the cold spell.

(AAAAAAHHHHHH the torment of a space that can't be used.)

It seems my space will be a Spring if I'm  lucky..... summer/autumn art space as the heater idea worked at first but then when the - temperature came the room cooled so quickly that dampness of paper and canvas occurred and the PVA froze before it had time to dry, hence the white it would usually be clear. 

How

Using a wet wipe (technical NOT) I could actually rub the glue off and re apply.  The corners reflect an envelope.

Evacuee a stamp that I had saved for a while.
